How much are HOA dues?

Annual dues are $500 per household. Dues cover shared community services, primarily trash collection, as well as maintenance of the neighborhood entrances and other common expenses.

When are dues collected?

Dues are collected each year from March 1st through March 31st.

Payment must be received by March 31st to avoid penalties.

What happens if I don't pay my dues on time?

A 10% late fee will be added to your account each month that dues remain unpaid past the March 31st deadline.

If dues remain unpaid for an extended period, trash service to your household may be suspended.

In extreme cases, a lien may be placed on your property to recover the outstanding balance.

Who provides trash service?

Trash collection is provided by GFL Environmental as part of your HOA dues.
